Don't Settle For Anything Less!
Commercial roofs often come with either a manufacturer’s warranty or a contractor’s warranty. The standard manufacturer's warranty covers building materials only and the contractor warranty covers the labor. However, there's a catch with having your roofing warranties separated: if you have an issue with your roof, you may have to work with manufacturers and contractors separately to determine who's responsible for fixing it. This task may prove to be challenging and time-consuming.
