Construction Laborer

As a construction laborer, you will be part of an exciting team that ensures safe work sites and secures the delivery of roofing materials. You’ll get your hands dirty in preparing job sites before the project starts and will be responsible for strapping, bracing and cushioning materials for transport to prevent shifting or damage in transit - all under the supervision of an experienced foreman. The ultimate goal? Creating roofs to last!

Roofer

As a commercial roofer, you’ll be responsible for removing and replacing various types of rooftop systems under the supervision of an experienced foreman. You will have access to expert tools such as hand and power instruments in order to complete the job safely and efficiently - all while braving some unpredictable weather conditions! Working outside means being physically fit enough to meet strenous demands so that tasks can be accomplished with success.

Production Foreman

Service Foreman

Working as a service foreman for CentiMark, you will be the go-to-expert when it comes to diagnosing and repairing commercial roof leaks. You’ll need an understanding of all types of roofs and must ensure small repair and roof maintenance jobs are done efficiently. From paperwork to timesheets down to ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, you will be responsible for it all.

Field Supervisor

As a field supervisor, you’ll be coordinating multiple teams to ensure roofing projects exceed expectations. When it comes time to order commercial roofing materials for the job, you’ll work in tandem with two other key players - a branch and warehouse manager - to ensure everyone gets what they need promptly and accurately. Of course safety is always top priority so you will take charge by maintaining safe work conditions at all times!

Crane Operator

As a crane operator, you’ll be taking charge of impressive pieces of machinery - from big trucks to towering cranes and skyracks. You will need to be able to operate a 60-foot length fifth wheel, 22 to 24-ton crane truck with a 100 foot crane, a 20ft flatbed truck and skyrack. You will use these machines to safely transport roofing materials while keeping track of everything along the way! It’s all about timely delivery of equipment and materials here, so communication with field and office personnel is key for this position.

Class A CDL Driver

We’re always looking for Class A CDL drivers to join our team! Your duties will include operating company vehicles, completing general housekeeping and debris removal tasks. Plus, you’ll get the chance to show off additional skills by operating powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, hand trucks and other mechanical equipment. You will also need to have the ability to tow trailers and equipment.

Technical Representative

As a technical commercial roofing representative, you’ll be hitting the road to traverse customer locations and serve as their trusted advisor. Duties will include inspecting commercial roofs for any potential trouble spots while taking precise measurements. You will then use these readings to accurately estimate how much material and labor will need to go into reroofing projects. You will also work closely with our sales force to provide accurate information so they can create proposals that meet our customer's needs!

Estimator

As a commercial roofing estimator, you’ll utilize cutting-edge software to craft proposals and scopes of work with the help of various project managers. You will collaborate with both project managers and operations teams to create accurate yet profitable quotes/proposals. It’s also your job to make sure that each project gets off on solid footing based off of the architect/construction spec drawings.

Service Manager

As a service manager, you’ll not only organize service crews for leak repairs but also, inspect commercial roofs and offer customers reliable estimates. You’ll be the go-to person when it comes to providing outstanding customer experience through follow-up calls as well as sales of repair work and proposals.

Safety Specialist

As a commercial roofing safety specialist, you will be tasked with keeping employees safe at job and office locations in your assigned region. You can also look forward to traveling to sites while conducting roof safety inspections, training sessions as well as investigating claims!

Safety Inspector

As a roofing safety inspector, you'll play an important role in keeping everyone safe. You'll help ensure projects are properly planned and crew members follow the right protocols with pre-job inspections and fall protection plans that need to be signed off before getting started. During job days, you will make sure everything's up to standard by conducting spot checks of crews throughout their work – this includes checking Fall Plans, Tool Box Talks and ensuring relevant documents are at the site!

Warehouse Manager

As a warehouse manager, you will be the go-to for keeping CentiMark’s storage spaces running efficiently and ensuring that materials get to their destinations on time. You must also investigate any discrepancies with inventory levels by conducting physical counts/audits while taking care of safety measures at all times. Another aspect of our role is to conduct equipment inspections to ensure proper maintenance is in place – no detail is to be left unchecked!

Service Sales Representative

As a commercial roofing service sales rep, you'll be responsible for seeking out and creating new opportunities while marketing our services. You'll make your presence known through cold calls, onsite inspections and proposals to land commercial and industrial roofing projects. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling follow up visits with clients and reporting progress to management.
